An initial discussion with us about your case if free of charge or obligation. In personal injury cases, we only charge a fee if we’re successful in recovering an award for you. In such cases, we will not ask you to pay a retainer fee “up front”, because we recognize that most people cannot afford to do so. Our fees on personal injury cases are based on a percentage of any recovery that we make for you. This is called a contingent fee agreement. In other types of cases that are not of a personal injury nature, we fully discuss our fee arrangement and any other questions that you may have in that regard.
